Important:

Your swimmer must be age 4-12 years of age by the first day of lessons to participate.

Space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once you submit this application, we will contact you to let you know if we have a spot for your child. If we do not have openings, your child can be placed on a waiting list.
